ADPC, Inc. knows that Guardian Agencies and Agents are successful in part due to the trust established and earned with their customers.  They entrust you with their most sensitive information - financial and health. To maintain that trust, it is essential to protect that information by encrypting your PCs. You want to encrypt your PC, but need a solution that is easy to install and inexpensive. ADPC Easy Encryption™ fits that bill.

Guardian Agency Office Security Polices (GAOSP), # 3.3.1, require the installation and maintenance of full disk encryption for all Desktops and Laptops used for Guardian business (both office and home), including removable media devices like USB sticks. Compliance with this requirement will not only make you compliant with the GAOSP policy, but also will help you manage compliance with State security and privacy requirements, including Federal laws like HIPAA and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. The minimum requirement is full-disk encryption meeting Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), with a minimum 128-bit length key.

ADPC’s Easy Encryption™ features WinMagic’s SecureDoc^™ which both meets and exceeds both governmental and Guardian standards for compliance. ADPC’s professional and qualified staff will enroll, implement, and manage the security system and encryption keys for your organization on ADPC’s servers, which meet the highest standard for environmental and security performance.  In addition, ADPC staff can provide full audit reports to confirm your full compliance.  

Easy Encryption™ is an annual subscription which provides full-disk encryption, audit reports, and technical support for the encryption.  Technical support provides 24x7 password recovery support and Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 4 pm ET installation assistance and full-level support.

The Easy Encryption™ subscription will be renewed annually based on the date of purchase, and will automatically be charged to your credit card.

This is for individuals purchasing Easy Encryption seperate from a Lenovo laptop or desktop - if you have purchased a Lenovo from this site, and selected to include Easy Encryption, you will not need to purchase this license.
